Having trouble logging in?
ISIConnect number
Check your ISIConnect account number
-
If you joined ISIConnect after late April
2001 you have a 13 digit account number - 7 + your 12-digit ISIC, ITIC or
IYTC card number.
- If you joined ISIConnect before late April 2001 your account number stays the same -
it's simply your 12-digit card number
(without the 7 prefix).
PIN
Your PIN must:
- be at least 4 digits long
- contain only numbers
- contain no spaces and no special characters, for example %, ~, ^ and #.
If you forget your PIN, contact Customer Service by either
- calling the toll-free access number for the country you are in, press 0 to talk to 24-hour Customer Service,
and ask them to set up a new PIN for you.
- email isiconnect@ekit.com and ask them to set up a new PIN for you. You will
need to provide your identification question and answer and a new PIN.
Other hints
Make sure cookies are turned on.
- For Internet Explorer (IE), click Tools, then Internet options. Depending on your version of IE, look under the
Security or Advanced tab for details on how to enable cookies.
- For Netscape, click Edit, Preferences, Advanced, then Accept all cookies.
Three strikes and you're out! If you incorrectly enter your ISIConnect number or PIN three times in a row, you will
be locked out of your ISIConnect account.To unlock your account, contact Customer Service by either
- calling the toll-free access number for the country you are in, press 0 to talk to 24-hour Customer Service,
and ask them to unlock it for you.
- email isiconnect@ekit.com and ask them to unlock it for you. You will need to provide your identification question
and answer.
